He has a Degree in Information Sciences (Image and Sound) from the Complutense University of Madrid. In 1983 he began his experience as editing trainee and he worked until 1993 as a film assistant with, among others, Juan Luis Buñuel, Pedro Olea, Mario Camus, Buz Taylor, Hervé Hachuel, Lewis Teague, Gonzalo Suárez, Eduardo Campoy and Vicente Escrivá… In 1992 he founded his own production company “El Miron Films SL”. Between 1993 and 2000 he combined editing work with the production and direction of short films andindustrial, institutional and corporate videos, documentaries, video clips and commercials. He was president of the Platform for New Filmmakers (PNR) from 1996 to 1997. Over the last ten years he has combined his work teaching TV and Film production in La Comunidad de Madrid with non-profit audiovisual education projects.
