I’m a storyteller. That’s my passion. I write, direct and edit, which I believe are fundamentally the same thing, even though they require different skills. Editing is the last opportunity to re-write what was already re-written by the director, based on the story written by the writer. The connection between these mediums inspires me.
I came to the US thanks to an O-1 Visa, also called “Individuals with extraordinary Ability or Achieve-ment”, and since I arrived some months ago I’ve been freelancing as an editor in different companies.
While living in Spain, I directed, wrote and produced several international award winning short films. I directed and edited a feature length TV documentary that captured a 39,2% audience share in Telecinco, the biggest spanish channel. I directed six commercials and edited dozens, among many other projects like promos, music videos, TV shows, etc. I’m currently working with the Spanish production company En Buen Sitio, raising funds for my first fiction feature film. I also work as an editor in Los Angeles, and am currently in development with several feature film projects.
